The organization, accompaniment, and optimization of part of Sibelga’s ITSM Processes, insuring a coherent approach between processes and by all involved teams.
Key activities include:
Analysis of current ITSM practices,
Proposal of process and tooling improvements, in line with stakeholder needs and ITIL best practices,
Implementation and testing of process changes and tooling together with the stakeholders and the software provider,
Coaching and support of the process in the different IT and business teams,
Management of one or more ITSM processes.
Your background / experience :
You have excellent overall technical and IT skills to understand IT architecture and validate Omnitracker deliveries
Hands-on and recent experience in the management or ownership of one or more ITSM processes
Proven experience in the introduction, design and organization of ITSM processes in medium to large scale organizations
Proven experience in the management of ITSM tools – at least Omnitracker, Service Now or (Jira) Atlassian suite
Hands-on and recent experience in the service delivery of one or more ITSM processes
Fluent in either French or Dutch and a very good passive knowledge of the other language + fluent in English
Result and solution oriented,
Strong people and functional skills to align stakeholders around a commonly accepted solution.
